The bacon, lettuce, & heirloom tomatoes are sourced from Green Meadow Farm in Gap and will be served on our focaccia, with a layer of sesame seeds baked into the crust. Our focaccia is made with a blend of organic local grains from Small Valley Milling in Halifax and ancient grain semola from Rustichella in Abruzzo. Made with Kewpie mayo for now, this may change
BLTs will be made in batches at 12, 3, & 6 every Friday. Pickup is recommended within 30 minutes (ex. 12-12:30)
Served with a side of Martin’s potato chips
