We will be making a few holiday specialties for the week of Christmas.
Tortellini en Brodo is a traditional dish enjoyed in Bologna during the Christmas season. Tiny tortellini are filled with ground pork, proscuitto, mortadella, & parmigiano and accompanied by a rich chicken broth to cook and enjoy the little bundles of joy
Lasagne Verde is another traditional dish from Bologna that I will be doing my best to recreate. Sheets of hand-rolled pasta dyed green with spinach are stacked between layers of rich béchamel, ragù bolognese, & parmigiano.
We will also be preparing a roasted pepper lasagne as a vegetarian alternative.
Lastly, we will be making a delicious heirloom squash blend pumpkin pie. Blue Hubbards & Neck Pumpkins from Green Meadow Farms will be used for the filling. The crust will be made with a blend of organic local grains.

To be picked up Monday or Tuesday, December 22nd or 23rd from 1pm-7pm
